browser function not working

hi i'm using trial version of pp cs 5.5 , trial has few days go.  has gone okay except browser has not worked since 5th day.  i've been using bottom of source section browse if i'm going purchase full version want major functions operating.  i've asked question before received no responses.  i'm using dell optiplex 960, 12gb memory, 64-bit windows 7, intel 2 quad processor,

i'm little confused here.  sure you're using correct terminology?  talking media browser?

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

trim media limit reached

hello,   i have installed adobe premiere cs 6....and have trouble videos transitions----->cross disolve. normally not problem, when drag , drop videos transitions, can't drag transitions longer in sequence without comment :trim media limit reached.... so can't work on transition.........   how can solve it, should don't find it...   thanks help.......... you cant make transition past end of source clip.  ie dont have enough media.   transitions made overlapping media .   someone post image illustrates this.
