Background audio not adjusting after project is paused when published to Flash. Any suggestions?

i'm working with:

 

captivate 6

mac os x 10.8.2

flash player updated recent version

 

my project contains background audio music set adjust slide audio. when publish flash background audio adjusts appropriately until pause video , resume. once video resumes background audio no longer adjusts slide audio. anytime learner pauses video , resumes background audio drowns slide audio out. i've tried multiple projects , same result.

 

when publish in html5 works fine. cannot use html5 because project contains necessary rollover objects , captions, slide transitions, text animations, , other effects html5 not support.

 

i've remove , re-add background audio, uninstall , reinstall captivate, adjust background , slide volume levels, uncheck loop audio, , pretty audio settings , publish settings can think of.

 

can else same os , captivate version try , see if encounter same problem when publishing flash?

or have solution/workaround?

i having same issue, happens no matter how seem publish (.exe .pdf .swf).  it's extremely frustrating.  i've been searching boards fix , no avail.  anyone?  help?

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

trim media limit reached

hello,   i have installed adobe premiere cs 6....and have trouble videos transitions----->cross disolve. normally not problem, when drag , drop videos transitions, can't drag transitions longer in sequence without comment :trim media limit reached.... so can't work on transition.........   how can solve it, should don't find it...   thanks help.......... you cant make transition past end of source clip.  ie dont have enough media.   transitions made overlapping media .   someone post image illustrates this.
