No option to upgrade. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i have site working on has version 3.0.3. when attempt upgrade, told current version , there no upgrade available. thought maybe installed through cpanel, shows no joomla install initiated there, must have been direct install. thoughts on how upgrade current version?

download joomla_3.3.3-stable-update_package.zip update package http://joomlacode.org/gf/project/joomla ... ge_id=6930
use joomla's extensions > extension manager > install install update package manually.

i create backup of website (files + database) before doing so.

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

trim media limit reached

hello,   i have installed adobe premiere cs 6....and have trouble videos transitions----->cross disolve. normally not problem, when drag , drop videos transitions, can't drag transitions longer in sequence without comment :trim media limit reached.... so can't work on transition.........   how can solve it, should don't find it...   thanks help.......... you cant make transition past end of source clip.  ie dont have enough media.   transitions made overlapping media .   someone post image illustrates this.
