How to perform a creamy picture like this?

these 2 pics shot in high iso settings should make lots of noise, looks clean , creamy, smoothy.

i've tried several ways perform unable archive such level.

 

i guess "noise reduction" + "sharpen edge", idea?

 


400 iso isn't high iso - never go below 400 iso myself.

 

as post-processing effect being used - there many ways achieve (lightroom isn't best tool job) - might want google "cross processing", "lucis art", "dave hill look".

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

trim media limit reached

hello,   i have installed adobe premiere cs 6....and have trouble videos transitions----->cross disolve. normally not problem, when drag , drop videos transitions, can't drag transitions longer in sequence without comment :trim media limit reached.... so can't work on transition.........   how can solve it, should don't find it...   thanks help.......... you cant make transition past end of source clip.  ie dont have enough media.   transitions made overlapping media .   someone post image illustrates this.
