Error: You do not have access to the administrator section o - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi, administrators seeing error message "you not have access administrator section of site." when attempt log in joomla.

i, super admin, able log in , have reset password administrator. still same message when test out.

i have followed suggestions in other recent posts checking tables via phpmyadmin, , odd thing found passwords seemed encrypted differently, know part of newer releases of joomla.

i did update joomla 2.5.19 (from 2.5.14) on 17 april 2014. thing can think of that's changed may cause issues arise didn't exist before.

the site on apache 2.2.16, php 5.3.3, mysql 5.1.49 , have since updated again joomla 2.5.20 today.

the other odd thing if try update own profile, through user manager, example, if try change time zone, error message "save failed following error: cannot remove own super admin permissions."

is there further should check?
i prefer investigate issue thoroughly, before restoring backup took before updated 2.5.19.
i have made administrator super admin level can log in , make changes site, prefer have normal.

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

lately i've been trying out lots of old windows games (on cd's bought legally) have lying around on wine heck of it. 5 or 6 years old , many don't run on windows 7! been hit or miss. what's worked reliably install game on old windows xp desktop, this: copy relevant folder in program files (for example: c:/program files/warcraft iii) of windows computer usb stick. paste in linux directory (anywhere) configure wine d: drive point @ d: drive, ex: /media/warcraft iii/ find promising .exe file in folder copied windows (like warcraft3.exe) , execute wine. , works charm games! however, in ubuntu think i've installed (while running linux, put cd drive, open installer, install) , run 1 program in linux successfully. happens this: cd automatically mounts, , configure wine's d: drive in /media/warcraft iii/ i'll run installer.exe wine wait game install, seems work fine next time try start game, says "please insert warcraft iii cd...
