Photoshop Upgrade Problem

i took advantage of special adobe running (good thru 12/31/2012) upgrade photoshop cs3 extended photoshop cs6.  purchased , downloaded cs6, when put serial number in cs3 says not valid upgrade.  i'm guessing because cannot upgrade across many versions, limited one-time offer, should work.

did enter serial number cs6 followed serial number cs3?  if please contact our support team can work directly.

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

trim media limit reached

hello,   i have installed adobe premiere cs 6....and have trouble videos transitions----->cross disolve. normally not problem, when drag , drop videos transitions, can't drag transitions longer in sequence without comment :trim media limit reached.... so can't work on transition.........   how can solve it, should don't find it...   thanks help.......... you cant make transition past end of source clip.  ie dont have enough media.   transitions made overlapping media .   someone post image illustrates this.
