Cp6 - bug? Publishing swf animations (graphics artifacts!)
greetings everyone,
i encountering pretty serious problem publishing swf animations. these software simulations created in captivate 5.5 , published in captivate 6.
they work in preview mode once published swf format, seeing lot of graphics errors (or artifacts). if publish using captivate 6 default swf size , quality settings, resulting swfs @ worst. however, found lowering setting medium, artifacts less noticable overall quality worse (text fuzzy). heck wrong? remember seeing problem in version 4... cannot believe still problem in version 6!
please see uploaded screen captures. yellow arrows point scraps not belong in image.
important notes:
1. not using fmr.
2. these artifacts not appear in source project, nor appear when previewing project. show once published.
try turning off compression options in preferences, advanced swf compression. republish , check results. if eliminates issue, try turning each compression option on in turn see 1 seems affect output.
also, when publishing, use option force republish slides.
