Artboards disappear after closing and reopening a file

my coworkers , have been running issue when use documents have multiple artboards. after ouer work, save , close file. when go reopen file, first artboard have disappeared. looking in artboard panel, original artboard counts after every save.

 

for example, create new file , add couple artboards. after saving, closing, , reopening file, additional artboards gone, artwork on boards still there, , original artboard labeled "artboard 2". if add missing artboards again, same issue occur , reopening file have first artboards labeled "artboard 3".

 

i using illustrator cs6 , saving files .ai default settings.

are saving locally? on network? mac or pc?

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

trim media limit reached

hello,   i have installed adobe premiere cs 6....and have trouble videos transitions----->cross disolve. normally not problem, when drag , drop videos transitions, can't drag transitions longer in sequence without comment :trim media limit reached.... so can't work on transition.........   how can solve it, should don't find it...   thanks help.......... you cant make transition past end of source clip.  ie dont have enough media.   transitions made overlapping media .   someone post image illustrates this.
