Back-end and front-end slow on occasion - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi all,

one of sites slow on occasion. first time open site load start working on or have few tabs of site open slow respond , hang. both end , front end. have 2 guys working on site @ same time well.

this site on different domain testing before moved on akeeba backup now. not sure if can cause problems?

does have ideas of be? have attached fpa below.
