Thread: Problem Loading after Upgrade to 11.04

hi all, can me? ive upgrade ubuntu 10.10 11.04 using inbuilt software upgrade centre. downloaded , ran should until system did initial 11.04 boot when tried load , locked @ ubuntu title screen (the 1 5 dots!). if press power button on laptop, ubuntu powers off should do!
odd thing is, if on grub screen select "previous linux versions" , select;

"ubuntu, linux 2.6.38-11-generic",

loads ubuntu 11.04 correctly , works correctly!!!

locks if leave automatically select initial entry on grub screen;

"ubuntu, linux 2.6.38-11-generic-pae"

how can solve problem, load working 11.04 automatically????

im new linux easy answers please.......!!

if have nvidia card/chipset:

sudo apt-get install dkms
sudo apt-get install nvidia-current

otherwise, @ boot line, edit , remove "splash" see problem is.

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

trim media limit reached

hello,   i have installed adobe premiere cs 6....and have trouble videos transitions----->cross disolve. normally not problem, when drag , drop videos transitions, can't drag transitions longer in sequence without comment :trim media limit reached.... so can't work on transition.........   how can solve it, should don't find it...   thanks help.......... you cant make transition past end of source clip.  ie dont have enough media.   transitions made overlapping media .   someone post image illustrates this.
