Brush rotation behavior CS5 to CS6

if have brush preset set use rotation under 'shape dynamics'. , use standard wacom pen doesn't support rotation. ignores rotation setting when painting in cs5 and paints brush stroke. should! if want brush rotate switch art pen.

 

now in photoshop cs6 it seems brushes have rotation shape dynamics behave 'initial direction' when using standard grip pen. real pain in neck. still says brush set 'control: rotation', behavior same initial direction.

 

i'll give example. if create basic grass brush , want grassy bits sticking upwards, still set angle brush rotation. in cs5 i can paint away in direction/rotation/tilt manner like, , grass  upright. way it.

for moments when want grass @ angle (on cliff or other effect), pick art pen support barrel rotation , paint grass using rotation put brush strokes @ angle.

 

so why photoshop cs6 revert 'initial direction' brushes set rotation when use standard wacom grip pen instead of ignoring setting?

 

i have set photoshop it's default state, , installed latest wacom drivers in case, still same results. apreciated.

i've created image make change in brush behavior clearer between cs5 , cs6.

can try basic brush out , see if same result in cs6?
