Shockwave Appears to Load but won't work on website

i used able use car configurator on porsche website won't load , hangs.  go www.porsche.com/usa/ , select "build porsche".  select model "cayenne" , select "3d" mode.  starts load shockwave (the logo appears plus status bar) hangs @ 0% when trying load car image.

i running windows 7, 32 bit, ie9 , latest build of shockwave - shockwave has been uninstalled , reinstalled 3 times, including attempts install earlier versions.  used work before upgraded shockwave player, , adobe site shows installed.  tis won't load on office computer load on dad's computer, running vista.  porsche usa baffled , can't duplicate situation.

works me - win7 32-bit, firefox - once ok download of xtra package shockfiler tabuleiro

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

trim media limit reached

hello,   i have installed adobe premiere cs 6....and have trouble videos transitions----->cross disolve. normally not problem, when drag , drop videos transitions, can't drag transitions longer in sequence without comment :trim media limit reached.... so can't work on transition.........   how can solve it, should don't find it...   thanks help.......... you cant make transition past end of source clip.  ie dont have enough media.   transitions made overlapping media .   someone post image illustrates this.
