Problem with Adobe Muse & Business Catalyst publishing

i unable publish site on adobe business catalyst via muse.  error in muse "unknown error" in dialogue box "upgrade adobe id".  have tried deactivating , reactivating muse. 

 

i have tried signing business catalyst directly , error message "this adobe id email address registered business catalyst , cannot merged different business catalyst account".

 

i don't have issue signing adobe creative cloud. 

 

i have contacted adobe twice no response whatsoever , urgently need publish updates site.

 

i using mac osx 10.8.

i having same problem.

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

trim media limit reached

hello,   i have installed adobe premiere cs 6....and have trouble videos transitions----->cross disolve. normally not problem, when drag , drop videos transitions, can't drag transitions longer in sequence without comment :trim media limit reached.... so can't work on transition.........   how can solve it, should don't find it...   thanks help.......... you cant make transition past end of source clip.  ie dont have enough media.   transitions made overlapping media .   someone post image illustrates this.
