Show blog layout from different categories on startpage? - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi!

im quite new joomla, church make new website , have no money use webdesignerfirm , im guy knows webdesign fell on me! , since fun thing work on dont mind, there's problem cant find solution to!

my design thought based partly on regular category tree articles have place in it. nice , orderly , that. have on first page "blog layout" under topic want add articles come different categories.

so means have use kind of multi-categorization extension of i've tried freeware can find cant seem work. used tag system solution nothing worked me (it's me thats problem)

i tried place menu in module add articles want. problem here cant "menu" show more article name, , want introimage , introtext aswell..

i've used extensions articlesanywhere , custom html modules , categoryblock categoryblock runs same problem regular articles category module cant mix , match articles. articles anywhere works guess arent userfriendly dudes thats gonna hold in updating of info , dont know code.

you can set articles ''featured'' create menu item - example home page - articles - featured artticles , show articles previous setted featured. these artciles can category.
you can play layout how show in article manager or menu item option page.
