Migrating from WebSphere to CQSE - CQ 5.22/CRX 2.2

we looking @ migrating off of websphere cqse environment. running cq 5.3 qwith crx 2.2 hfp70. have been able little bit of work creating cqse 5.3/2.2 environment, copying on repository , modifying web.xml , other files repository names , workspace.xml paths. able acces crx - package manager , crxdelite, when try getto site crxdelite, classnot found messages referrinf custom taglibs. oddly, main cq login page gives our custom 404 error page, bit encouraging, felix bundles not same on cqse side side, , copying them , config on doesn't work.

 

i thinking trying import missing , mismatched buindles, thats going lot of work, , hopeing there easier can perofrm migration. making cqse cluster member work wonder? , if did, able remove websphere memeber , make cqse 1 master, , remove clustering altogether?

 

any ideas or shared experiences or suggestions welcome!

as change deployment structure , not instance (cq/crx doesn't matter if runs within or cqse), try following approach:

 

* create new instance of cq 5.3/crx 2.2 cqse

* shutdown instance

* copy on launchpad , repository folders recursively instance

* make necessary changes start script & startup instance

 

caution:

* if have used proprietary apis of was, won't work

* if used infrastructure, won't work. cqse servlet engine.
