Is it possible to fix PSE4 incompatibility with Win7?

is   possible fix  pse4 incompatibility with  win7.  i  downloaded microsoft virtual pc worried about  overloading memory on computer uninstalled it.

liked using pse4 it`s unpredictable with  irritating glitches.

at age don`t want have start learning photo editing programme.

grateful resolve it.

can please explain problems facing pse4? have pse4 installed win7 (though use it. instead use pse11) , more happy problems facing

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

trim media limit reached

hello,   i have installed adobe premiere cs 6....and have trouble videos transitions----->cross disolve. normally not problem, when drag , drop videos transitions, can't drag transitions longer in sequence without comment :trim media limit reached.... so can't work on transition.........   how can solve it, should don't find it...   thanks help.......... you cant make transition past end of source clip.  ie dont have enough media.   transitions made overlapping media .   someone post image illustrates this.
