Acrobat XI Pro is passing the missing alt text in accessibility report

i have reporting set check alt text when run accessibility checking. have images missing alternative text not being flagged in accessibility report. i'm getting "passed" on report though many images missing alt text when manually check tags.

 

if remove tags created during conversion pdf (from word 2007) , use "add tags" command, flagging missing alt text. else running this? couldn't find other posts it. i'm getting worried i'll have start manually checking tags alt text.

in experience, acrobat accessibility checker not thorough. have seen pass many things should have been flagged.  use quick first check. find free pdf accessibility checker (pac) swiss foundation zugang für alle (access all) more thorough. use pac primary test tool portions of pdf accessibility testing can automated. pac free download , use, although people @ foundation appreciate donations.

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

trim media limit reached

hello,   i have installed adobe premiere cs 6....and have trouble videos transitions----->cross disolve. normally not problem, when drag , drop videos transitions, can't drag transitions longer in sequence without comment :trim media limit reached.... so can't work on transition.........   how can solve it, should don't find it...   thanks help.......... you cant make transition past end of source clip.  ie dont have enough media.   transitions made overlapping media .   someone post image illustrates this.
