Can't update Joomla - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi there,
my first post forum, , it's because i'm totally stumped on this.

i started getting message in control panel - "unknown joomla! update status" (see attachment).

when click on window saying "a joomla! update found , option install update (see attachment).

when click on "install update" button, window saying "updating joomla! files. please wait .... (see attachment).

i wait....and wait....and it's still same after 20 minutes - spinny wheel , no change in progress bar.

please please can me - think fact won't update affecting other things. :'(

i have same problem , install upgrade manually, install or upgrade extension.

just download:
joomla_2.5.19_to_2.5.20-stable-patch_package.zip

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

trim media limit reached

hello,   i have installed adobe premiere cs 6....and have trouble videos transitions----->cross disolve. normally not problem, when drag , drop videos transitions, can't drag transitions longer in sequence without comment :trim media limit reached.... so can't work on transition.........   how can solve it, should don't find it...   thanks help.......... you cant make transition past end of source clip.  ie dont have enough media.   transitions made overlapping media .   someone post image illustrates this.
