i setting website small 55+ community , 'electronic' community center.
i allow residents greater access level other registered users. problem identifying residents @ registration time. have list of addresses , owners name. can put in form e.g. spreadsheet, table database.
how compare registrant's entered name , address list insure indeed property owners?
a simpler example is: allow people in , near zip code greater accesses people in outlying zip codes e.g. allow people register 32901, 32902,32903,32904,32905 greater access people in other zip codes. example.
i can write code if have hate it. rather throw money @ , purchase extension have described.
unfortunately, i'm not familiar joomla or php.
i know there geniuses out there live opportunity "silly man, .......".
