Dreamweaver CS4 Not Loading

hi, im having problems loading dreamweaver cs4, when open software windows loading mouse cursor nothing. dreamweaver showing in task manager under processes not allow me except end process. have tried idea's on adobe site, these included removing winfilecach-xxxx.dat file. renaming dreamweaver cs4 folder old , removing cs4 key regedit , restarting dreamweaver did not fix problem.

i have not tried uninstall software , reinstall yet im unable find product key.

 

software installed - adobe suite cs4 software seems working fine dreamweaver not loading.

 

dreamweaver running on 64bit version of windows 7 professional. have not had problems software on year morning has decided not load. have tried restarting computer allowed me load file, once closed file , restarted dreamweaver same problem started occuring again.

 

any appreaciated

i see if cache or config files have become corrupt clearing them out following these instructions...

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

trim media limit reached

hello,   i have installed adobe premiere cs 6....and have trouble videos transitions----->cross disolve. normally not problem, when drag , drop videos transitions, can't drag transitions longer in sequence without comment :trim media limit reached.... so can't work on transition.........   how can solve it, should don't find it...   thanks help.......... you cant make transition past end of source clip.  ie dont have enough media.   transitions made overlapping media .   someone post image illustrates this.
