Upgrading from Premiere Pro CS5.5 to CS6

i have premiere pro cs5.5 part of adobe creative suite 5.5 production premium.  purchased premiere pro cs6 upgrade when try register select premiere pro cs5.5 qualifying product upgrade , enter sn creative suite 5.5 production premium contained pp5.5 message need qualifying product.

i think recognize have pp cs5.5.  should have upgraded adobe creative suite 6 instead of upgrading premiere pro?

yes, suites can upgraded suites, not individual products. in touch sales.

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

trim media limit reached

hello,   i have installed adobe premiere cs 6....and have trouble videos transitions----->cross disolve. normally not problem, when drag , drop videos transitions, can't drag transitions longer in sequence without comment :trim media limit reached.... so can't work on transition.........   how can solve it, should don't find it...   thanks help.......... you cant make transition past end of source clip.  ie dont have enough media.   transitions made overlapping media .   someone post image illustrates this.
