Script to set presence of a subform based on a field's value not working

i setting type of evaluation form needs have subform appear @ bottom whenever evaluation fails. subform contains text describe person need failing evaluation.

 

right now, have form set run script whenever "pass/fail" box changes. script looks value of pass/fail box , sets presence of end subform visible if pass/fail box text says "fail".

 

for reason though, script not reading value of pass/fail box. can't figure out going wrong.

 

can send form whoever wants take quick @ it. trying find way make available online...

 

- using livecycle designer es v8.2.1...

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

lately i've been trying out lots of old windows games (on cd's bought legally) have lying around on wine heck of it. 5 or 6 years old , many don't run on windows 7! been hit or miss. what's worked reliably install game on old windows xp desktop, this: copy relevant folder in program files (for example: c:/program files/warcraft iii) of windows computer usb stick. paste in linux directory (anywhere) configure wine d: drive point @ d: drive, ex: /media/warcraft iii/ find promising .exe file in folder copied windows (like warcraft3.exe) , execute wine. , works charm games! however, in ubuntu think i've installed (while running linux, put cd drive, open installer, install) , run 1 program in linux successfully. happens this: cd automatically mounts, , configure wine's d: drive in /media/warcraft iii/ i'll run installer.exe wine wait game install, seems work fine next time try start game, says "please insert warcraft iii cd...
