Thread: mount ipod shuffle

although parts of problem discussed earlier in year, believe problem not quite same. trying mount ipod shuffle (4th generation green) , have tried can find in postings, no luck. think in process have made mess of fstab , knows else.

following instructions in posts copying when typing fstab:

i'm not including relevant information, on ubuntu natty , appreciate in getting ipod recognised.

way, unclear whole ipod issue. many bugs have been reported, , far can discover, there has been no solution them. if bug cause, have wasted lot of time trying impossible. on other hand, people seem succeed, there might can help.

have read somewhere though ipod needs clearing , resseting using windows 1st.
