not getting audio on imported video

i'm importing video file canon vixia hfs100. video file imports fine minus audio. i've used pp 5.5 same way , did not have problem. after move video time line video appears.

any suggestions.

first, did copy entire folder structure card computer?

next, when imported files project, did let conforming operation complete 100%?

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

trim media limit reached

hello,   i have installed adobe premiere cs 6....and have trouble videos transitions----->cross disolve. normally not problem, when drag , drop videos transitions, can't drag transitions longer in sequence without comment :trim media limit reached.... so can't work on transition.........   how can solve it, should don't find it...   thanks help.......... you cant make transition past end of source clip.  ie dont have enough media.   transitions made overlapping media .   someone post image illustrates this.
