New Module or banner at the right side of main template area - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i getting problem adding new module or banner position @ right end side of main template area. want add skyskaper adense banner @ right end side of template. when add banner not come visible because put on outside template area beside right module, not visible.
there command in style.css file #colmask clear both overflow hidden position initial width 100% , creating grey color mask, adsense banner or new module try put @ right end side not displayed.
i marked in attached image want put banner or new module , problem happening. please visit site see area in more details , if possible find solution -

can 1 suggest me right codes need change in index.php, css , xml files??

first, presently using joomla 1.7 outdated , should ugraded latest version of 2.5.x @ least (if still developing should move j3).
second, can't add module if there isn't module position there. , judging general of template, i'm guessing template limited in width , won't ever allow 'squeeze' additional column in there (unless reduce size of other items). (although i'm not 100% sure how trying add new position).
if purchased/downloaded template might want see if have options adding new module positions, if not, you'll need post additional code allow assist better.
