I see my receipt of purchase for CS 6 upgrade... But my CS 6 upgrade won't download

i upgraded earlier today, purchase won't download... tried going through 'my account', clicking on 'download', no avail. figured i'd trial of cs 6 , use serial #, has worked in past, when try downloading copy cs 6 extended, not want. well, want it, if wants buy me . have cs 5.1 installed (the receipt in 'my account'; software legal). have followed pertinent suggestions in forums...

which correct. trials ps extended. can still use - when input serial number, revert standard.

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

trim media limit reached

hello,   i have installed adobe premiere cs 6....and have trouble videos transitions----->cross disolve. normally not problem, when drag , drop videos transitions, can't drag transitions longer in sequence without comment :trim media limit reached.... so can't work on transition.........   how can solve it, should don't find it...   thanks help.......... you cant make transition past end of source clip.  ie dont have enough media.   transitions made overlapping media .   someone post image illustrates this.
