How to import mp4 into after effects cs4

i got gopro hero 3 , wanted slow 960p 50fps video down in ae cannot open it. keeps saying it's of unsopported format. how fix this?

cs4 rather old version of after effects and, such, doesn't support many of things supports now.

you have 2 options:

1) new version of ae (you can download 30 day trial adobe)

or

2) use adobe media encoder, mpeg streamclip, or other video editing software reencode footage format after effects cs4 can use.

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

trim media limit reached

hello,   i have installed adobe premiere cs 6....and have trouble videos transitions----->cross disolve. normally not problem, when drag , drop videos transitions, can't drag transitions longer in sequence without comment :trim media limit reached.... so can't work on transition.........   how can solve it, should don't find it...   thanks help.......... you cant make transition past end of source clip.  ie dont have enough media.   transitions made overlapping media .   someone post image illustrates this.
