Exporting/encoding taking too long?

why exporting/encoding 3 5 minute video take 45 1 finish?   feel not right, taking long.  last 2 days, when try export videos 3 5 minutes long, quick, take 5 7 mintues long. , before it's long encode.

i using imac 27inch, intel  core i7,  8gb of ram , 10.6.8 version.    settings on adobe premiere usually  h.264,  5 bitrate, 1280x720  or 640x360. 2 pass, 23. 976 fps.    can please tell me long or can set setting it's quicker , without losting quality?

do have effects added clips?

 

also, full specs. of i/o, i.e. hdd's, size, speed, controller type, , how allocated?

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

trim media limit reached

hello,   i have installed adobe premiere cs 6....and have trouble videos transitions----->cross disolve. normally not problem, when drag , drop videos transitions, can't drag transitions longer in sequence without comment :trim media limit reached.... so can't work on transition.........   how can solve it, should don't find it...   thanks help.......... you cant make transition past end of source clip.  ie dont have enough media.   transitions made overlapping media .   someone post image illustrates this.
