Changing the website name - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i installed joomla locally on mac along xampp server. after obstacles installed , started experiment. after week realized wanted change website name when publish real has name want , not 1 made when started. have not given thought , figured change later.

i visited global configurations page , website title appears in top box figured changing there quick 1 step process. however, when changed same , hit save brought error page said…
"could not write configuration file"

can tell me missing? , why can't make basic name change website. not live on internet… local didn't think issue. time.

seems permission problem configuration.php file.

change permission 644 , writable again.

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

trim media limit reached

hello,   i have installed adobe premiere cs 6....and have trouble videos transitions----->cross disolve. normally not problem, when drag , drop videos transitions, can't drag transitions longer in sequence without comment :trim media limit reached.... so can't work on transition.........   how can solve it, should don't find it...   thanks help.......... you cant make transition past end of source clip.  ie dont have enough media.   transitions made overlapping media .   someone post image illustrates this.
