No longer access to admin - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i updating website , switch "under construction mode" on. when done disabled of sudden no longer able access site.
i tried joomla suggestion on http://docs.joomla.org/how_you_reset_an ... assword%3f. changed password explained , when didn’t work created new super admin user explained. new super user shows in php table still cannot access. login screen added message "warning" (see below):

i have no clue anymore do.
as said happened after changed “under construction mode” “normal mode”.
i appreciate idea how can access again.

can check via hosting cpanel configuration.php file line reads $offline ="0"; if says $offline="1" change 1 0 (zero) , save.

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

trim media limit reached

hello,   i have installed adobe premiere cs 6....and have trouble videos transitions----->cross disolve. normally not problem, when drag , drop videos transitions, can't drag transitions longer in sequence without comment :trim media limit reached.... so can't work on transition.........   how can solve it, should don't find it...   thanks help.......... you cant make transition past end of source clip.  ie dont have enough media.   transitions made overlapping media .   someone post image illustrates this.
