unable to down load photo elements 10, on to a new computer with windows 8, error message 1335,?

help needed install photoshop elements 10 on new computer windows 8.

error message 1335, on re entry error message 2350.fdi server error.

i purchased download 1 year ago. have serial numbers work.

everything seems download find won't finish.

 

downloaded trial 11 no problems. i'm not pay more$$$ have see 11 looks great.

can please provide exact error message receiving when try install?  may want review error 1311, 1335, or 2350 "source file not found...data1.cab" |install adobe products | windows - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/install-error-1311-1335-or.html indicate installation media may have been damaged.

lately i've been trying out lots of old windows games (on cd's bought legally) have lying around on wine heck of it. 5 or 6 years old , many don't run on windows 7! been hit or miss. what's worked reliably install game on old windows xp desktop, this: copy relevant folder in program files (for example: c:/program files/warcraft iii) of windows computer usb stick. paste in linux directory (anywhere) configure wine d: drive point @ d: drive, ex: /media/warcraft iii/ find promising .exe file in folder copied windows (like warcraft3.exe) , execute wine. , works charm games! however, in ubuntu think i've installed (while running linux, put cd drive, open installer, install) , run 1 program in linux successfully. happens this: cd automatically mounts, , configure wine's d: drive in /media/warcraft iii/ i'll run installer.exe wine wait game install, seems work fine next time try start game, says "please insert warcraft iii cd...
