Creative Cloud Apps Telling Me I am in Trial Mode. Help!
first time have had issue creative cloud subscription apps. account in standing since may. on mac running 10.6.8
as of morning, when try opening of creative cloud apps, receive notification saying "sign in required" -- register trial adobe id.
i installed recent updates on monday, dec. 17. after installation, had no problems opening software.
this morning, launched adobe photoshop cs6 (ver 13.1.0) no problems. then, when went launch adobe illustrator (ver 16.2.0) received dialog saying "sign in required" apps.
when click "sign in" button, opens apps in "tryout mode". when quit , reopen photoshop, indesign, illlustrator there window asking me either license software, or continue trial. when click "license software," tells me sign in required hit "sign in." prompts me "serial number" -- creative cloud subscribers don't have. , of software doing this.
please...any appreciated!!
contact adobe customer service. maybe have false activation registered. contact them increase activation count.
