Why won't the responses file open when I receive a submitted form

hi all,  have started use acrobat pro x editable pdfs.  when training done (all work contained created on our server) responses file opened should when submitted form received.  trying use these forms "live" response file doesn't open.  wording double click file , select response file in body of email of submitted form instead of response file opening form opens.  have ideas??

does happen every form receive? know pdf viewer (e.g., adobe reader) being used save forms?

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

trim media limit reached

hello,   i have installed adobe premiere cs 6....and have trouble videos transitions----->cross disolve. normally not problem, when drag , drop videos transitions, can't drag transitions longer in sequence without comment :trim media limit reached.... so can't work on transition.........   how can solve it, should don't find it...   thanks help.......... you cant make transition past end of source clip.  ie dont have enough media.   transitions made overlapping media .   someone post image illustrates this.
