server has temporarily restricted access to MySQL - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i recieved same email yesterday , optomized tables in db per suggestion. have recieved same email today , site offline message "error displaying error page: application instantiation error: not connect mysql." , don't know else do. not following info on links provided hosting company. here content of email.

- how can resolve issue?
we have 2 solutions available. moving account dedicated server, allow far greater hardware resources or may try following basic recommendations optimizing database. if feel database has been optimized, may time consider hardware upgrade. http://support.hostgator.com/articles/s ... urce-usage

- why did happen?
per our terms of service (http://www.hostgator.com/tos) single hosting account may use no more 25% of entire server's resources. accounts typically not actively restricted until exceed resource limitations exceptionally. unfortunately, in instance, forced place temporary restriction on user prevent service issues server's over-all system performance. more information resource usage limitations, please see:https://support.hostgator.com/articles/pre-sales-policies/rules-terms-of-service/account-limits-summary

this appears opencart-related, not joomla-related. should try support , forums. suspect there opencart feature need disable (that is, it's specific feature causing crunch, not opencart generally).
