elearning suite and Acrobat Pro, the saga with Adobe continues

i purchased 6.1 after talking sales specific issue of version of acrobat 6.1 suite, , being assured pro xi, , after spending 6 hours on 2 days on both chat , phone being bounces person person, discovered acrobat x being packaged elearning suite 6.1.

 

i'm fit tied!  every time have question adobe product, takes days resolve, , have figure out myself, adobe line, sorry can't help.  if there competing suite, i'd drop adobe in flash.

 

does else have type of problem?  or outlier?

if did not receive pro xi suggest contact adobe support. advertising pro xi included (http://www.adobe.com/products/elearningsuite.edu.html).

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

trim media limit reached

hello,   i have installed adobe premiere cs 6....and have trouble videos transitions----->cross disolve. normally not problem, when drag , drop videos transitions, can't drag transitions longer in sequence without comment :trim media limit reached.... so can't work on transition.........   how can solve it, should don't find it...   thanks help.......... you cant make transition past end of source clip.  ie dont have enough media.   transitions made overlapping media .   someone post image illustrates this.
