Can't install Lightroom (4.2) on Windows 7

hi,

 

i've bought lightroom (4.2), when try install via msi claims extracting msi files 64bit version, nothing.  window vanishes , install appears stop.

 

my machine prevsiouly had lightroom 4 trial expired , uninstalled.  has subsription version of photoshop cs6 running, , licensed version of photoshop elements 9.

 

i've run ccleaner remove registry trial version - i'm out of ideas i'm unable find log file or else explains going on.

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

trim media limit reached

hello,   i have installed adobe premiere cs 6....and have trouble videos transitions----->cross disolve. normally not problem, when drag , drop videos transitions, can't drag transitions longer in sequence without comment :trim media limit reached.... so can't work on transition.........   how can solve it, should don't find it...   thanks help.......... you cant make transition past end of source clip.  ie dont have enough media.   transitions made overlapping media .   someone post image illustrates this.
