Recover unexpected loss of develop adjustments in LR4?

hi. export photos , realized have lost develop adjustments made on month ago. if go ealier catalog file beginning of october, see adjustments, looks photos have moved (i blank thumbnail question mark). couple questions:

 

  1. does know why develop adjustments absent photos in recent catalogs? move photos in lr.
  2. is there anyway "export" develop adjustments older catalog , associate them correct photos in newest catalog?

just guess kind of sounds opened backup version of catalog somewhere along way , develop settings ended there?

 

as number 2 here test can try: 1 photo selected in catalog develop settings intact, hit ctrl(cmd) s save metadata file. in catalog develop settings missing select same photo , read metadata file metadata>read metadata file. develop settings appear?

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

trim media limit reached

hello,   i have installed adobe premiere cs 6....and have trouble videos transitions----->cross disolve. normally not problem, when drag , drop videos transitions, can't drag transitions longer in sequence without comment :trim media limit reached.... so can't work on transition.........   how can solve it, should don't find it...   thanks help.......... you cant make transition past end of source clip.  ie dont have enough media.   transitions made overlapping media .   someone post image illustrates this.
