photoshop elements 11 seems to be installed, but won't open

after 3 failed attempts install photoshop elements 11, seems installed. icon there, , shows file location it. when click on open it, asked user account control if want allow program make changes computer. when click yes, nothing happens. can't open photoshop, no matter try. help, please!

 

try making direct shortcut editor. make sure have correct file path there more 1 exe file. can launch programs directly desktop bypassing welcome screen. better welcome screen leaves background processes running.

 

 

 

on windows, right click anywhere on desktop , select new >> shortcut

then click browse button , navigate to:

 

"c:\program files(x86)\adobe\photoshop elements 11\photoshopelementseditor.exe"

 

then click next; click finish

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

trim media limit reached

hello,   i have installed adobe premiere cs 6....and have trouble videos transitions----->cross disolve. normally not problem, when drag , drop videos transitions, can't drag transitions longer in sequence without comment :trim media limit reached.... so can't work on transition.........   how can solve it, should don't find it...   thanks help.......... you cant make transition past end of source clip.  ie dont have enough media.   transitions made overlapping media .   someone post image illustrates this.
