Need to create professional dynamic Educational site with JO - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi friends,

i'm dan, student likes create educational website college. website have following sections (with sub-categories) :-

articles - needs accessed on mysite/articles , section must needs display articles submitted users.
jobs (mysite/jobs) - users allowed post current vacant jobs of various cooperates.
ask experts (mysite/experts) - users can ask questions thye experts / answer others questions.
forum (mysite/forum) - general discussions , questions site.
question papers (mysite/questionpapers) - posting previous year qps users.
schools (mysite/schools) - adding details various schools.
colleges (mysite/colleges) - adding details various colleges.

[the users can earn site via 2 ways. 1. cash credits of individual posts. 2. rs 10,000 divided among top 10 points scorers of month (according scored points).

i create website mentioned above. possible drupal or joomla or should code myself if have code myself possible php how can started

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

trim media limit reached

hello,   i have installed adobe premiere cs 6....and have trouble videos transitions----->cross disolve. normally not problem, when drag , drop videos transitions, can't drag transitions longer in sequence without comment :trim media limit reached.... so can't work on transition.........   how can solve it, should don't find it...   thanks help.......... you cant make transition past end of source clip.  ie dont have enough media.   transitions made overlapping media .   someone post image illustrates this.
