MySQL / PHP versions for both 2.5 and 3.3? - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i have 4 websites on server running joomla 2.5 , upgrading them 3.3.

first have upgrade mysql , php on server.

can tell me if both versions, 2.5 , 3.3, run under mysql 5.5 , @ least 1 of following versions of php?

php 5.3.27
php 5.3.28
php 5.4.31

i can see tech docs php 5.4.31 should ok. don't know how far chain + (plus) in mysql 5.1 + goes.

the migration of 4 sites 1.5 2.5 nightmare, , see lot of people seeking failed upgrades 2.5 3. i'm trying ducks in row possible.

i love joomla , have used , supported since forked off of mambo. upgrade process scares holy you-know-what out of me. :)

php 5.4 , mysql 5.5 fine joomla 2.5.x , joomla 3.x if want update. before update create up(important). if update fails depents or php configuration or if missed uninstall 2.5 extentions , disable remember me system plugin. if php configuration run forum post assistand viewtopic.php?f=621&t=582860&p=2371873#p2371873 , you. if server runs eaccelerator cache system not compatible joomla 3 uninstall or disable it.

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

lately i've been trying out lots of old windows games (on cd's bought legally) have lying around on wine heck of it. 5 or 6 years old , many don't run on windows 7! been hit or miss. what's worked reliably install game on old windows xp desktop, this: copy relevant folder in program files (for example: c:/program files/warcraft iii) of windows computer usb stick. paste in linux directory (anywhere) configure wine d: drive point @ d: drive, ex: /media/warcraft iii/ find promising .exe file in folder copied windows (like warcraft3.exe) , execute wine. , works charm games! however, in ubuntu think i've installed (while running linux, put cd drive, open installer, install) , run 1 program in linux successfully. happens this: cd automatically mounts, , configure wine's d: drive in /media/warcraft iii/ i'll run installer.exe wine wait game install, seems work fine next time try start game, says "please insert warcraft iii cd...
