Why can't I see my video but hear my audio?

working on project client. downloaded assets ftp server onto harddrive. can see , hear clips when click on them individually on hard drive.

when open project file sent via ftp includes clips, "link media" assets have on hard drive see in cs6 project green clips.

everything in bins , on timeline green.  when play timeline or clip in bins can hear audio have no video green clip.

does have solution this?

you're definitaley missing lot of important info in post - including source media codec, system configuration etc.

 

once add kind of info you're more useful help.

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

trim media limit reached

hello,   i have installed adobe premiere cs 6....and have trouble videos transitions----->cross disolve. normally not problem, when drag , drop videos transitions, can't drag transitions longer in sequence without comment :trim media limit reached.... so can't work on transition.........   how can solve it, should don't find it...   thanks help.......... you cant make transition past end of source clip.  ie dont have enough media.   transitions made overlapping media .   someone post image illustrates this.
