when I tried "upload file" in my website i am getting error - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i getting error when upload files , submit..what reason it? , how resolve this

smtp error! following recipients failed: ........@gmail.com
smtp server error: mail server requires authentication when attempting send non-local e-mail address. please check mail client settings or contact administrator verify domain or address defined server.
smtp error! following recipients failed: ......@gmail.com
smtp server error: requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable or not local

what , uploading? extension? @ least says smtp (outgoing email settings) incorrect.

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

trim media limit reached

hello,   i have installed adobe premiere cs 6....and have trouble videos transitions----->cross disolve. normally not problem, when drag , drop videos transitions, can't drag transitions longer in sequence without comment :trim media limit reached.... so can't work on transition.........   how can solve it, should don't find it...   thanks help.......... you cant make transition past end of source clip.  ie dont have enough media.   transitions made overlapping media .   someone post image illustrates this.
