Questions about upgrading FMS 4 to 5

hello,
two questions i have not found an answer.
i have adobe flash media server 4 on windows 2003 server 32 bit and i would upgrade version 5 standard.
is possible to change from version 4 to version 5 without using version 4.5 , upgrade key ?
is absolutely essential use windows 2008 r2 to install version 5 as i saw in technical specifications?

yes can buy upgrade key ams 5 , move fms 4 directly ams 5. windows 2008 r2 certified platform ams 5 , recommended

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

trim media limit reached

hello,   i have installed adobe premiere cs 6....and have trouble videos transitions----->cross disolve. normally not problem, when drag , drop videos transitions, can't drag transitions longer in sequence without comment :trim media limit reached.... so can't work on transition.........   how can solve it, should don't find it...   thanks help.......... you cant make transition past end of source clip.  ie dont have enough media.   transitions made overlapping media .   someone post image illustrates this.
