How to implement two different websites with one section that has the same content?

i have 2 sister websites, each separate related department in hospital. on each of these websites, have main tab called library, has 30 pages within related healthcare issues. library exact same content on each site, main navigation , header site different. have been upkeeping identical content on both sites (if changed, have twice). isn't efficient , find way combine them somehow. don't have ton of experience catch on pretty , need ideas best way handle this. have considered creating third site, , library tab on each of other sites take new site. have wondered if there way embed duplicate content 2 separate pages (maybe iframe). way update original file , updated on both sites.

 

the sites have different body sizes. 1 960 pixels wide , other 690 because has sidebar makes smaller. how recommend handle this? use dreamweaver cs6 , pages html

an iframe easiest. have content page have nothing library contents, no menu or other design features. iframe call generic info within design of each site. change once , upload, update on each page.

 

a server side include used, wouldn't save time since need update , upload single file in instance too.

Multilanguage infinite redirect loop error. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

trim media limit reached

hello,   i have installed adobe premiere cs 6....and have trouble videos transitions----->cross disolve. normally not problem, when drag , drop videos transitions, can't drag transitions longer in sequence without comment :trim media limit reached.... so can't work on transition.........   how can solve it, should don't find it...   thanks help.......... you cant make transition past end of source clip.  ie dont have enough media.   transitions made overlapping media .   someone post image illustrates this.
