subscribed cloud. cannot seem clear connection. have tried hour. frustrated.

are able sign in page https://creative.adobe.com?

 

if having trouble installing applications apps page https://creative.adobe.com/apps workaround able download adobe application manager (aam) here http://www.adobe.com/applicationmanagerpatch/index.html , use aam install software?
