Title on pages - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hey.

when press menu item , hit page, joomla places title in top of page. want do, not on page set home. i've set options of menu item "show title" "hide", didn't worked. i've tried set menu item type different types, doesn't work either.

i've tried set global configuration -> articles show title -> hide, works on menu item type "single article", , still not on "home page" when menu item type single article.

what do?

i'm using joomla 3.2.3.

in menu item, on page display tab - set show page heading 'no'. see if works.

hello, wondering if can assign 1 article 1 user edit it. i making website faculty want user: prof. x edit article prof. x(article detailes of him..birth year,books written him),prof. y prof y article , on.. is possible, please me. thank much. anything possible joomla. 1) create new user group example name " xgroup " , parent group "registered". 2) set " xuser " belong xgroup. 3) "article manager" in backend open article want " xuser " able edit , set permissions: chose " xgroup ", change edit parametter "inherited" "allowed" push save button. that's , is full? let me know.
