"option + click" when updating links has stopped working CS5.0

in links window, cs5.0, link icon tip states, when hover on it, may option + click update missing links.

holding option nothing. used work! has happened?

 

the way got work "collapse multiple links same source". allowed me relink once rather 25 times why has option+click stopped working?

see replace preferences

hello, wondering if can assign 1 article 1 user edit it. i making website faculty want user: prof. x edit article prof. x(article detailes of him..birth year,books written him),prof. y prof y article , on.. is possible, please me. thank much. anything possible joomla. 1) create new user group example name " xgroup " , parent group "registered". 2) set " xuser " belong xgroup. 3) "article manager" in backend open article want " xuser " able edit , set permissions: chose " xgroup ", change edit parametter "inherited" "allowed" push save button. that's , is full? let me know.
