Video quality and size difference between clip preview and project view

hey, want video same in project view in clip preview. video in project view in widescreen mode , quality isn't good. when use effects tool fit video screen quality looks horrible.

hello, wondering if can assign 1 article 1 user edit it. i making website faculty want user: prof. x edit article prof. x(article detailes of him..birth year,books written him),prof. y prof y article , on.. is possible, please me. thank much. anything possible joomla. 1) create new user group example name " xgroup " , parent group "registered". 2) set " xuser " belong xgroup. 3) "article manager" in backend open article want " xuser " able edit , set permissions: chose " xgroup ", change edit parametter "inherited" "allowed" push save button. that's , is full? let me know.
