Displaying Web Help to Users in a Popup Window vs on a Separate Browser Tab

i created web application. opens in separate tab in browser instead of in popup window. 1 reviewer thinks better have in popup window user can view work in app alongside opened help. audience not highly sophisticated user group. opinions out there experience have had? can give me pros/cons either method?

i think developers force that.

hello, wondering if can assign 1 article 1 user edit it. i making website faculty want user: prof. x edit article prof. x(article detailes of him..birth year,books written him),prof. y prof y article , on.. is possible, please me. thank much. anything possible joomla. 1) create new user group example name " xgroup " , parent group "registered". 2) set " xuser " belong xgroup. 3) "article manager" in backend open article want " xuser " able edit , set permissions: chose " xgroup ", change edit parametter "inherited" "allowed" push save button. that's , is full? let me know.
