Can't access back end after fresh install - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi, installed joomla version 3 sub domain directory. site installed fine, i'm cut off end.

i 404 error message:
an error has occurred while processing request.

you may not able visit page because of:

an out-of-date bookmark/favourite
a mistyped address
a search engine has out-of-date listing site
you have no access page
go home page

if difficulties persist, please contact system administrator of site , report error below.

after reading online, super user, shouldn't 0 1 grant me access? i'm new joomla, it's not start after fresh install me unable access end.

update: changed htaccess file in directory .txt .htcaccess. seemed resolve issue of not being able access end. i'm marking resolved.
